Helene Timpone, LCSW, is an internationally recognized therapist, coach, and consultant known for her work with teens and preteens.

Helene earned her Master’s Degree from SUNY Stony Brook and is a member of the NASW. With over 20 years of experience and advanced training, she has redefined how families receive the treatment and support they need, with 98% of families rating her work as excellent.

Specializing in attachment, grief, and trauma, Helene empowers parents with tools to uncover the trauma beneath severe behaviors, fostering long-term healing and stronger family connections.

Her programs reach families worldwide through workshops, webinars, coaching, and consulting, offering innovative approaches to childhood trauma.

When not helping others, Helene enjoys spending quality time with her daughters and looks forward to the birth of her grandchild.
